The suitable candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree or Diploma in
QS or similar discipline and have worked in large surveying projects,
with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Responsibilities include:
Site surveying
Preparation and evaluation of tenders and sub contract agreements
Estimating, measurement and valuating variations
Cost control and commercial management advice
Monthly progress claims of executed work
The suitable candidate must be a team player, being able to work
independently on all aspects of the project, The candidate must be
hard working, enthusiastic, positive and proactive, with highly
developed problem solving skills.
