Job Purposeining & Development
Grade 9 of 12

  • Plans, supervises & coordinates all education, training and development activities for the organization.
Reporting
  • Reports to Chief HR & Admin Officer
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor Degree preferably in business administration
Key Competences
  • Experience in all aspects of training & development.
    Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, ability to work under pressure
  • A strong team player
    Excellent people skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both face-to-face, written and over the phone.
  • Arabic and English language skills
    Computer literacy
Preferred Experience
  • 8-10 Years relevant experience
Basic Salary
QR
  • Fm: 10,000 To:  15,000
Allowances & Benefits
  • 40% Accommodation Allowance or provided accommodation by Mannai subject to availability.
  • 9%:11.25% Car Allowance
  • Medical Facilities – normal medical treatment provided at Company Clinic
  • 75% of School Tuitions and Transportation Fees for up to 2 children between the age group 4 & 18.
