Grade 9 of 12 |
- Plans, supervises & coordinates all education, training and development activities for the organization.

Reporting |
- Reports to Chief HR & Admin Officer

Preferred Education |
- Bachelor Degree preferably in business administration
|

- Experience in all aspects of training & development.
Good project management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, ability to work under pressure
- A strong team player
Excellent people skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both face-to-face, written and over the phone.
- Arabic and English language skills
Computer literacy

- 8-10 Years relevant experience
